Do you think the following hypothesis is valid? Does it reflect the reality of what is happening in gradually shifting co-ops and condominiums?
Hypothesis: As sales and prices increase in affordable co-ops and condominiums, new owners will seek to protect their investment by demanding Board accountability and transparency, as well as professional management processes and procedures.
While politicians and regulatory agencies espouse time-worn platitudes about preserving affordable homeownership, they are not addressing the real issues
